09 Jul Small Changes Make A Lot of Cents, er, Sense
Change is hard … Scratch that … change has BEEN really hard! Yet, all these small changes are starting to add up. In a matter of months, we’ve made so many that life is starting to feel somewhat normal, or at least, routine. For instance, I never thought that my new daily check list as I leave the house would be “Keys, wallet, phone … mask.” LOL!
And small changes add up when it comes to our events. In fact, the Center for Disease Control has released recommendations that are incremental and important to how we will gather again safely. An article published in Northstar Meeting Group’s magazine, breaks it down further here.
The most important takeaway from these guidelines is that virtual events continue to remain the safest way of getting together without ANY risk. This is especially important right now as the virus finds its way back. But we still need meetings and events for many reasons – staying engaged, staying in touch, staying sane…
Being able to hold virtual events will be especially important to our friends committed to creating change through organized movements such as #BlackLivesMatter, communities such as LGBTQIA, and with efforts such as Climate Change. All these causes, among others, require awareness and funds – and they require us to keep working on them, to keep making them a priority.
My team and I are eager to help wherever is needed. Through our new service, Zynger Events + PLUS, we have started to produce virtual events for our clients as well as creating fundraising initiatives, social media campaigns and more.
We can all agree, change has been hard, really hard, and although we are in what the quote from Robin Sharma calls the “messy” part of it, we have to hold out for the gorgeous end results – and keep fighting for a new and better world.
How can Zynger Events + PLUS help you achieve that for your organization?
